Typos, Content Errors, and Pricing Errors - While HVACR Parts Depot strives for accuracy and currency of information, occasional pricing or content errors may occur. In the event of such an error resulting in an impossible transaction, the buyer will be promptly notified and presented with options. If necessary, the order will be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery - Currently, HVACR Parts Depot ships goods to locations within Canada, the United States, U.S. territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), and worldwide. HVACR Parts Depot selects the optimal delivery service, typically UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post and US Postal Service, based on factors such as time, cost, and location. Risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Exclusions - Quotes will be provided before accepting orders for grease interceptors. Oversized or heavy items not suitable for standard delivery services will be shipped via common carrier, with freight charges quoted separately. All shipments require shipping fees. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges if using UPS, FedEx, or priority USPS, with customers contacted directly for extra funds if needed.

International - Orders are selectively accepted with wire transfers prior to processing, with a $40 transaction charge added to cover costs. Shipments are made using the buyer's DHL, UPS, or FedEx account. Customs and import duties may apply to international orders, and recipients are responsible for these charges, which vary by country. Buyers are also responsible for tax, duties, and/or brokerage bill backs from UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Shipping regulations vary by country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to verify with their Customs office whether their products can be shipped to their destination country. HVACR Parts Depot is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from improper international shipping practices.
