Healow User Guide
Registering Your Healow Account
Patients with a valid email address and cell phone number will gain access to BlueSky HouseCall’s Patient Portal (“Healow”) after the first appointment.
Please note: the email and cell phone on file must be registered to the same person, as Healow requires a two-factor authentication upon initial registration.
Once registered, patients will have access to:
- See visit summaries,
- View your lab results*,
- See and request scheduled appointments,
- Ask questions of doctors, nurses, and staff members,
- View your personal health record.
*Online lab results are not available to all communities, please consult your Provider to understand why
Registration Process
To register your Healow account, follow these steps:
- Provide our office with your email and cell phone number.
- Note: Email and cell phone must be registered to the patient or legal guardian. We may ask for additional documentation to protect the safety of our patients.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from no-reply@eclinicalmail.com with your username and a link to register your account.
- Follow the registration link and follow the instructions.
- New registrants will be required to enter a verification code sent to the cell phone on file,
- Users will then be asked to set a password,
- Afterwards, users must agree to the Terms and Conditions on the following page.
- Once completed, you will be directed to your personal Healow account.
Once registered, patients can login to their account in two ways, using the Healow app or online by going to www.blueskyhousecalls.com/patients.
Please note: if you attempt to register and are unable to complete the authentication step, please email our office at intake@blueskyhousecalls.com to confirm the email and cell phone number on file.
Accessing the Healow Mobile Application
- Download the Healow App on Google Play or the Apple App Store,
- When you open the Healow app, tap “Get Started” and enter the practice phone number: (615) 340-6840,
- Enter the username and password registered to your account.
Multiple Patient Access
Do you have multiple accounts, such as children or family members? You can combine them into a single account by following these steps:
To link another healow account to your healow account:
- Open the Healow App,
- Access the My Accounts screen and select Accounts,
- Select Add New Account,
- On the Select Relationship screen, select the option that best describes your relationship to the person whose account is being added, then tap the Save button,
- Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth and then tap the Continue button,
- Tap the Yes, I have a Practice Code and enter GJGCDA,
- Select This is My Practice,
- Log in with the Username and Password of the account you wish to add,
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions,
- Create a 6-digit PIN.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a family member to your account.
Accessing Medical Records
After logging in, you can use the navigation band on the left to access various areas of your record. To access your Medical Records, first hover over Medical Records and select the appropriate option.
Visit Summaries
- Hover over Medical Records,
- Select Visit Summary,
- Select Visit Summary next to the date of service for review.
Medications
- Hover over Medical Records,
- Select Current Medications.
Requesting Refills
- Select the applicable medication by placing a checkmark on the left-hand side,
- Select Refill Request at the bottom.
Documents
Documents must be manually published to the Portal by our office. Please email us at intake@blueskyhousecalls.com if you need a specific document published.
Messaging your Provider
The Patient Portal allows patients and their clinical team to communicate with each other using a secure messaging platform. To communicate with your provider using the Patient Portal, follow the below steps:
- Log into your Healow Account,
- Hover over Messages on the left-hand side of the screen,
- Select Inbox,
- Select a Message to read and respond to an existing Message thread, or select Compose to generate a new Message,
- If composing a new Message, select your Provider and the office you wish to contact,
- Compose message,
- When finished, select Submit.
Upon receipt of a new Message from your provider, you will receive an email notification.
