Track & Field competed and girls took 5th place out of 12 while boys took 3rd place out of 11.  The "Life of a Spartan" Pure Performance player was Iso Gill.  She has been shooting for the school record in the 600m since the first meet where Iso missed it by about 1 second. So we laid out a plan of trying to run :38, :39, :40 laps for a 1:57 which would beat of 1:58.5h with some room to spare.

Instead she ran beautifully paced laps of :37, :38, :38 for a 1:52.94.

Which gave her:

- a PR (personal record) by 6.5 seconds

- a School Record by 5.5 seconds

- qualification for the open meets (she needed 1:53.24)

Baseball - All students interested in playing baseball are invited to attend workouts every Monday and Wednesday at the Concord Sports Center from 3:30p-4:30p. Please see Coach Coughlin with any questions.
