TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you dive into playtesting and all the other perks of signing up, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for Caldera Interactive Playtesting and Newsletter you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, as well as in the privacy policy and EULA. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from signing up.
2. Eligibility
If you are under 13 years old or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction based upon applicable privacy laws, you are not eligible to sign-up without parental consent. To provide verifiable parental consent, please have a parent or guardian fill out and return the signed consent form provided here. Additionally, you must have a valid email address and agree to provide accurate information during the sign-up process.
If you are a parent or guardian of a child who you believe provided Caldera with personal information without your consent, please contact us at admin@calderainteractive.com.
3. Email Communication
By signing up for Caldera Interactive Playtesting and Newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us, including but not limited to newsletters, updates, and announcements. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or send an email to: admin@calderainteractive.com
4. Confidentiality
Playtesters are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information about our games including gameplay mechanics, storylines, or any other details not publicly disclosed by the studio.
5. Termination of Participation
We reserve the right to terminate your playtesting participation at any time, without notice, for violating these terms or engaging in any behaviour that may compromise the integrity of the playtesting process.
6. Changes to Terms
Caldera Interactive reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the playtesting services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta.
