Tips and Reminders for Renters

Before you arrive, please be aware that:

• Trailers are only permitted to park in private parking areas. Not every cottage has one. Check with the owner before you come, otherwise, you will need to find parking outside the Park before you arrive.
• No electric scooters, motorcycles, motorbikes, etc. may be brought into the Park.  Electric bikes are permitted but must be pedaled while in the Park.  Safety, especially for children, is our number one concern.
• Every person and every vehicle that enters the Park must have a pass.  Ticket prices can be found at www.lInwoodparkcompany.com.
• Golf carts must be operated just like a vehicle, have a pass, and be operated by a licensed driver. No golf cart may park along the side of the streets. Use parking spots and roads only.

Once you’re here, please know that:

• Garbage pickup is every Monday. We also provide a compactor you can use located near the entrance available 24/7. Please empty your trash at the compactor the day you leave.
• Beach fires are permitted but must be kept small, and never left unattended. The wind must never be blowing toward the cottages, and fires must be put out before leaving the beach.
• You are required to remove all items from the beach daily such as toys, chairs, umbrellas, awnings, etc. However, we have three (3) areas for you to store large rafts, sunfish type boats, and kayaks.  Please help us keep our beach clean for all to enjoy!
• You may not park in a reserved parking area unless it comes with your cottage. Ask the owner about your parking situation. Otherwise, you must park in an unreserved gravel parking space.
• Parking across Liberty Blvd., across from the gate outside the Park, is permitted at no cost. However, parking in this area is at your own risk.  A pass must be obtained at the gate and must be displayed in the parked vehicle.
• If you do not have enough parking spaces with your cottage, we recommend parking in our long-term parking area near the entrance by the mailboxes. Look for parking signs designating this area.
• Please pull any grill away from the cottage before use and do not leave it unattended in order to prevent any fires.
• While using a fire ring near your cottage, please, never leave it unattended. Always completely put the fire out when finished. Please be respectful of neighbors and the wind, and don’t let the smoke blow into nearby homes.
• All dogs must be on a leash and are not permitted on the beach. A dog run area is available near the tennis courts.
