(Example: If one family has two students with one student in art and the other in music, the family pays only one registration fee of $50, which covers all family members whether the enrollment is art, dance, music, or theatre.)
This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.

Please Note: The anniversary fee does not apply to summer program enrollments but will populate for summer class enrollments. (To postpone the class registration fee until fall, please call to have an administrator complete the student’s enrollment.)

SUMMER PROGRAM CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE

To review the Code of Conduct for The Culture House and understand our policies and procedures regarding student behavior please see:  The Culture House General Code Of Conduct.

Because we care deeply for each summer camp participant, and the Summer Camp experience is very short with lots of fun things to learn and discover–we have a specific discipline procedure for Summer Camps.

  1. Camp Participants that violate our Code of Conduct (see above link) will be removed from the camp classroom and allowed to consider their behavior while taking a breather in our Summer Camp Coordinator’s office. This allows our staff to focus on the issue while the camp progresses in the best way possible for all participants.
  2. Campers will then return to their camp classroom with hopefully positive behavior changes.
  3. If this discussion with our Coordinators did not resolve the situation, and there was a second incident of unacceptable behavior, the camper will return to the Camp Coordinator’s office, and we will then contact the Camper’s parents or guardian for a further conversation.
  4. If the issue is unable to be resolved, and we do not collectively feel the camper can return to camp, their parents or guardian will be asked to return to the facility to pick up their camper.
  5. At that point, our staff will contact the camper’s parents again that evening to discuss the camper’s return to camp.
  6. Please note that in an unfortunate case where a camper is dismissed from an in-progress Camp due to disciplinary reasons, we do not offer Camp tuition refunds. (PLEASE SEE TUITION POLICIES ABOVE.)
