Pancreas Rebuild Traditional Method
Principle 1: The foundation of fresh nutrition:
Seek out and eat a whole fresh diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables in season, whole grains, nuts and seeds and in their whole state. Meeting your body's needs with the food you eat will allow the targeted herbal nutrition to rebuild your damage the quickest.
Principle 2: 6 and 1
Experience shows that this rebuild works better when the 6 and 1 principle is followed. This is also known as the sabbath principle. This means taking the herbs for six days a week and on the seventh day not taking any herbs, thereby allowing the body to rest from the work of rebuilding. This cycle is repeated for six weeks and during the seventh week no herbs are taken for the entire week. Principle 3: Exercise and internal cleanliness

Regular moderate exercise is very valuable. Having properly functioning cleansing organs helps the toxins exit your body. The bowel that is moving properly 2 to 3 times a day, kidneys and a liver that are working to filter and clear toxins is critical to good progress in a rebuild. Exercise 4-6 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes is best.
