Pancreas Rebuild Traditional Method

Principle 1: The foundation of fresh nutrition:

Seek out and eat a whole fresh diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables in season, whole grains, nuts and seeds and in their whole state.  Meeting your body's needs with the food you eat will allow the targeted herbal nutrition to rebuild your damage the quickest.

Principle 2: 6 and 1

Experience shows that this rebuild works better when the 6 and 1 principle is followed. This is also known as the sabbath principle.  This means taking the herbs for six days a week and on the seventh day not taking any herbs, thereby allowing the body to rest from the work of rebuilding. This cycle is repeated for six weeks and during the seventh week no herbs are taken for the entire week. During the seventh week an individual pays attention to their body to notice if the reasons for the rebuild of that system are taken care of or are still present. If there are still symptoms of system weakness then another six weeks of rebuilding is indicated.  For some weaknesses multiple rebuild cycles may be needed. Keep going until the rebuild is complete.

Principle 3: Exercise and internal cleanliness

Health restores as quickly as the body can clean out old damaged tissue and repair or replace the damaged with new perfect tissue.  Exercise is the work that helps the clean out happen.  Regular moderate exercise is very valuable.  Having properly functioning cleansing organs helps the toxins exit your body.  The bowel that is moving properly 2 to 3 times a day, kidneys and a liver that are working to filter and clear toxins is critical to good progress in a rebuild.  Exercise 4-6 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes is best.

The Pancreas Rebuild process that has worked for many (take more or less herbal food to meet your needs)

Provide materials for rebuilding by taking the Pancreas capsules or liquid extract.  This has worked for high (diabetes) and low (hypoglycemia) blood sugar challenges.

Your pancreas has three functions. It produces insulin to lower blood sugar, produces glycogen to increase blood sugar, and creates pancreatic enzymes to aid in digestion in the small intestine.  All three functions are needed and all are rebuilt with this formula.

Proprietary Blend:

Cedar Berry, Uva Ursi Leaf, Licorice Root, Mullein Leaf, Cayenne Pepper & Goldenseal Root.

Among hundreds of other functions, your liver makes and stores glycogen. If you are among the more than half of the population with blood sugar challenges that has a low functioning liver, this formula may speed your rebuild.  Muscle test to determine if it is needed and how much you need. Available in capsules and liquid extract.

Proprietary Blend:

Barberry Bark, Wild Yam Root, Cramp Bark, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root, Catnip Herb & Peppermint Leaf.
