  • Tax Bill
  • Closing Settlement Statement
  • Title/Warranty Deed
  • Current Lease (signed and dated) with Landlord Name & Phone included AND Current Month Rent Receipt
  • Notarized Landlord Form AND Current Month Rent Receipt

  • Drivers License (with district address)
  • Utility Bill (gas, electric, water cable, phone)
  • Vehicle or Voter Registration
  • Auto, Rental, or Other Insurance Statement
  • Employment check stubs, banking statements, and other business mailings may be accepted on a case by case basis. All documents provided are subject to authentication.
