Company hereby covenants, represents and warrants that it has any and all authorizations as may be necessary to enter into TOS and that Company’s use of the Platform, does not violate any applicable law.

Any terms not specifically defined in this document shall be interpreted in accordance with the TOS.

The Company hereby appoints

(the “Representatives”) to act on behalf of the Company in order to participate in the Auctions on the Portal, to buy and sell Pools, conclude Deals, communicate with DEBEX and other Participants and perform any other actions on or related to the activity on the Portal.

The Company warrants and represents that all such actions of the Representative on the Portal or related to the Portal shall be binding for the Company.

The Signer warrants and represents that he or she has all necessary rights to sign this document on behalf of Company.
