ROLLING THE JACK EXERCISE
Equipment required:
8 ½ tennis balls or discs
4 Jacks
2 mats
Place 1 mat at the back of the Centre line of the rink, place 1 ½ tennis ball at the 21m mark, the next at the top of the line, the next halfway up the line and the last at the top of the line.
Do the same on the adjoining rink
Roll the jack to the different lengths, start from closest to furthest going up the rink and furthest to closest in the return direction.
6 ends of this twice a week should noticeably improve your length control in 3 weeks.
