What can I expect from Kringle’s Filling Station?
Part arcade, part neighborhood hangout, this vintage magical gas station hits all the marks for holiday fun with loads of activities, treats, and warmth. Woven into the details of the unique location is a rich and endearing Christmas story waiting to be discovered. Kringle’s is unlike any festive attraction you’ve ever seen, and appears for just a short time each year to bring people closer to each other and their community
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at 8211 Aurora Avenue North Seattle, WA 98103
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor/outdoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 45 to 60 minutes.
Is there air conditioning?
There is no air conditioning but there is heat in the space.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Please contact Kringle’s info@kringlesfillingstation.com with any questions regarding this and we will ensure you still have an excellent experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. Christmas lights may “twinkle”, but not strobe.
Is it loud?
Yes and no. The main game garage can be loud with Ski-Ball and Karaoke going on. Headphones available with the DJ, our out door space is relatively quiet.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Hot Chocolate (included with ticket), Hot Apple Cider, Fresh Pop Corn and assorted Holiday treats available.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Kringle Sleigh Photo requires purchase.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes. There is limited seating available in the experience if you need to take a breath and relax while enjoying Kringle’s Filling Station.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes. There is a public ADA restroom on-site.
ACCESS
Where can I park?
Street parking is available on 82nd street, 83rd street, Linden Ave N, and Greenlake Drive N. Please be respectful of our neighbors, their driveways, and all parking regulations.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Kringle’s follows the policy of Seattle King County Public Health. Masks are not required but Kringle’s will ensure guest safety in accordance with county guidelines.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes before the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
You will still be admitted into the experience but PLEASE show up on time to your session to allow us to control crowd flow and not give anyone a below average experience.
Can I bring my dog/service animals?
Service dogs, and well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome. Ages 3 and under do not require their own ticket.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.
What if the weather is bad?
The experience for Kringle’s is an indoor/outdoor event with covering provided in the outdoor space and the event will go on unless you are contacted directly from Fever or Kringle’s on the event of a cancellation.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Alcohol, weapons, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased onsite. However, we highly encourage you to buy online for the quickest access to the experience.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What Does The VIP upgrade include?
-Vip Upgrade includes a hosted Grand Prix at the Kringles Raceway. You and a guest are entered into a best of three Slot Car tournament with a chance to win a souvenir trophy ornament.
-VIP upgrade also gets you free refills on your Gas Pump Hot Cocoa.
*Purchase two for a second bottomless cocoa and 2 Additional drivers.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Kringle’s Filling Station can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
