General Turnaround Time for new signs: 2-4 Business days from artwork approval, depending on quantity. Expediting services (same day/next day) may be available for a fee.  

The standard print method is a Eco Solvent digital print + protective laminate on vinyl, laminated to the substrate.  This is a premium print method that does not scratch or fade as easily as a flatbed UV print.  It is also better for use with decals if you have information that may need to be updated or changed.

Post & Panel

POST & PANEL SIGNS

Our post and panel signs are renowned for their quality.  We work with subdivisions, commercial real estate, and companies needing large signs.  Sign panels are most commonly made on ½” MDO Sign Boards, which are a composite plywood with a baked enamel finish to create a long-lasting and durable product.

Our print method is an eco-solvent digital print on premium vinyl with a UV over laminate to protect against sun fade and enhance the longevity of the sign panel.

Our signs come with a standard 2-year warranty against delamination*

Custom cut panels (CNC) add min of 10-20% depending on difficulty, size, and quantity.

*Adding decals to signs may void the warranty due to the increased risk of delamination.

MDO RIDERS: (prices subject to change based on quantity and size)

Public Hearing Signs

This pricing is only applicable for Temporary Public Hearing Notice signs.

The price includes Typesetting up to 2 minor revisions .  

Additional revisions will add a min of $25 PER revision

Turn around time 3-5 BUSINESS days AFTER proof approval.

After installation, we will send a picture of the install to submit to the city via email.  

For refund of deposit, all signs must be returned in good condition.  If damage or loss occurs, we reserve the right to prorate the refund accordingly.

LOT BLOCK SIGNS Typically these signs are approximately 24”x32” on a 6’ Fir Post.  They come in a variety of styles and options depending on how versatile you would like to make them.  

MESSAGE CHANGES & REUSING SIGNS

Builder update, sold, agent update and lot/block changes can be done a variety of ways:

DECALS- this is the most cost effective option.  When we make your signs, we will provide you with Sold decals as part of the cost.  One caution with decals, if you are going to want to reuse the signs throughout your project, a plaque may be a better alternative.  There are additional costs associated but depending on the financial arrangement, this may be a better investment.

PLAQUES are typically made on a ⅛” pvc material or ACM used to update information on the signs.  They can be used with the track or screwed directly to the sign.  

RIDERS-These are typically made of either standard .040 aluminum or 3mm ACM.  They range in price from $15-25 depending on size and quantity.  *If these are mounted beneath the sign, they can bend easily. We recommend keeping all info on the panel itself.

SUBDIVISION & LAND DEVELOPMENT

Custom cut panels (CNC) add min of 10-20% depending on difficulty, size, and quantity.

**Corex panels have different options for manufacturing depending on quantity, price point, and longevity.  

Lot block sign installs are generally $50 per sign.  For 2 posted signs, they would be $100.

For general labor, repairs, and out of town installs, it is $65 to show up and then an hourly rate of $85 per man hour.  Areas further than 10 miles, may have additional mileage of .70/mile and $65+ / hour drive time.

Commercial Signs

COMMERCIAL SIGNAGE

This pricing is only applicable for Commercial Real Estate companies or consistent repeat business, and all accounts must be approved by Becca Lehman.  Max payment terms are 30 days, and for new accounts, a materials deposit may be required depending on the size of the order.

Orders received by 11 am will be available same day for orders less than 250.

Majestic-Lux Finishes

We have the most popular finishes such as Soft Touch (Suede) Ultra High Gloss, Silk - Matte, and foils.  These are not available for same-day printing.  Typical turn around is 2-4 days depending on quantity and finish.

These can be added to prints on heavier cover stock only.  Additional print setup may apply for foils.

Mailers & Postcards

Here's a breakdown of our mailing services:

Sizing: We offer many sizes for both Direct Mail and Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), but the requirements for each service are different. We can help you choose the most common and effective sizes.

Printing Time: Printing your mailers takes 1-3 business days, depending on how many you order.

Mailing Lists: To avoid delays and extra fees, please provide a clean, ready-to-use mailing list. We highly recommend getting your list from a title company.

Pro-Tip: Add your own address to the mailing list so you get a copy and can see when it arrives!

EDDM INFORMATION

USPS delivery for EDDM is 3-14 days.

First Class Bulk mail rate is 1-3 days and is only available on Direct Mailers with 500+ pieces.

There may be an additional processing fee to cover delivery & bundling depending on size of run.

Tips for Painless Mailers

Bleed: All print files are requested with full .125” bleed to ensure beautiful, professional prints that go all the way to the edge of the paper. Here is a bit of information on print bleed and how to add it in the most popular design programs.

If you are designing a print piece for mailing:

1. Minimum 2”h x 4”w blank for the addressing/barcoding area
2. 1”x1” square in the top right corner of the address area for postage.
3. No QR codes on the addressed half of the mailpiece - it confuses the USPS machines.

4. If you have a return address, it must go ABOVE the addressee’s address. USPS machines scan from the bottom-up, so whichever address is closest to the bottom is where it’s going to be delivered to.

5. If your mailer is fewer than 200 pieces, USPS will barcode them individually. USPS’s barcode clear area is 4.75” from the right of the mailpiece and .625” up. If you want to avoid this barcode covering your design, leave a strip .625” tall blank across the bottom.
