Slotshca (“Slotshca,” “We”) designs, develops, and maintains interactive applications (“apps”) that include cash games and tournaments. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and share your personal information, and to assist you in exercising your privacy rights.

SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us in our business, including on our mobile applications, websites, and other online or offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The categories of personal information we collect depend on whether you are a customer who uses our apps, a website visitor, and the requirements of applicable law.

Information You Provide to Us.

Profile Creation. You can access some Services as a guest, in which case we will collect your mobile identifier (see “Automatic Data Collection” below). When you register on our app and create a profile, we collect your username, password, and email address. To play cash games, we require your date of birth. You may optionally also add a short description of yourself, or add a profile image, such as an image from your camera or photo library. Your name, location, profile image, and description will be visible to other players.

Transaction and Payment Information. To withdraw money from your account, you must provide us with your first and last name, physical address, phone number, and PayPal email address.

Note that we use third-party payment processing companies to process your transactions. If you use these services to make deposits to your account, we may ask for additional information, such as your payment card information, bank account information, or other forms of identification. These payment processors collect and process your payment data according to their respective privacy policies, and we do not access this information. We encourage you to read these policies before sharing your personal information.

Information to combat fraud: In cases where we suspect potentially fraudulent activity in relation to our Services, we may ask you for additional information, such as your driver’s license, utility bill, or other information to verify your identity.

GPS

IP address

Sensor data from your device

Information about things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information, which may include personal information.

Social Media Content. We may offer forums, blogs, or social media pages. Any content you provide on these channels will be considered “public,” and is not subject to privacy protections.

Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons, Analytics Information, and Interest-Based Advertising technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the Services. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as an app store, a third-party login service, or a social networking site, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made public via your privacy settings. Information we collect through these services may include your name, your user identification number, your user name, location, gender, birth date, email, profile picture, and your contacts stored in that service.
