- Vehicles
- SWAT truck mkII
- Heavily armored, those inside cannot be harmed
- Rear doors that can open or close
- When the car is locked the doors cannot be opened, but can be closed
- If closed while locked they cannot re-open
- 8 rear seats that hides the names of those seated
- Others standing in the back are also hidden, but not if the person sees them through open door
- A) door open, B) line of sight true, C) name visible
- A) door closed or B) door open without line of sight, result: name NOT visible
- Those not seated riding in back ride as if in the airplane/cargo-plane, glitches can make them fall out the open rear door, they cannot fall out if the door is closed
- Also has a wedge ram on front, like a wide /\, armored and reflects projectiles, shoved vehicles to either side and out of the way
- Crim Van
- Side doors that open and close
- Can be manually unlocked from inside even if car is locked, so that those inside can open the door
- 8 rear seats, 6 are seats and 2 are positions at each door
- When the doors are open, the position’s names are still hidden, until line of sight is made, then the names are revealed to the one who made line of sight, when line of sight is lost the names are hidden again
- Those in the 6 seats their names are always hidden
- Those not seated ride as if in the airplane/cargo-plane
- Garbage Truck
- Style: rear compactor
- 2 rear handholds, 2 central handholds, a driver and a passenger
- The central handholds and the driver can activate the compactor, any players caught in the active compactor are sucked in and killed, cars caught in the compactor lose their tires, or are destroyed if possible
- The compactor has a short duration, as long as it has in real life, with the same animation as a real garbage truck when the compactor is activated
- Crim Van MkII
- Side doors again, but instead of 2 positions it’s 1 minigun with 360 degree rotation so that it can fire out either door, otherwise same mechanics as original Crim Van
- Bird of Prey
- Insane cost, possibly gamepass, but this will be one OP copter
- Driver: operates flight and missiles and some machine guns
- Co-pilot: operates a few machine guns
- Passengersx2: either side has a minigun
- Passengers in rear: 4 seats for extra passengers and it holds like Crim Van does
- Armored side doors: can be closed, miniguns are brought inside and deactivated when it’s door is closed
- Unfortunate Side Effects: you must enter the copter through a side door and then head up front in order to get in pilot or co-pilot seat, passengers enter and head to the rear to get into seats, minigunners can hop in from close to their gun
- Specter-Plane
- Essentially the same thing as the Bird of Prey, but is a plane with more passengers and 2 more minigunners at the side doors, total 4 minigunners
- Pilot and Co-pilot also can drop bombs and can use a bombing scope to attempt to see where their bomb will land
- Tow Trucks
- Normal
- Has hook on rear that attaches to either middle of front or middle of back of target car
- Limits
- Cannot carry dirt bike
- Volt might be too thin to hook
- Wider vehicles are able to be carried
- Bank truck is not applicable
- Cannot hook planes or copters
- Cannot drag water vehicles
- Firetruck (and garbage truck) are too heavyweight to hook
- Volt4x4 might be a little too heavywieght
- Sportscars can be dragged/carried by this one
- SWAT truck is too heavy to hook
- Tow Truck might be too heavy to hook
- Flatbed is too heavy and cannot be hooked
- If Tow truck can be hooked, it will not be able to be hooked if the target tow is hooked onto another vehicle
- Hook stays hooked even if you leave the tow truck
- Flatbed
- Loads target vehicles of any sort onto the bed of the truck and locks it there
- If vehicle loaded, unloads the vehicle placing the vehicle behind the flatbed
- Can load or hold vehicles that have people in them, this can be used as another version of transport
- Loaded vehicles have no movement function when loaded, and cannot drop or fire bombs or rockets
- Rockets can if plane is facing backwards
- Copters must be loaded cockpit the same direction as flatbed’s cabin, and flatbed does have size limits
- Cannot carry monster or army copter, they are too large
- Jet is nearing max size limit
- Fire truck is either at or a little longer than size limit
- Copters can be on it even though tail sticks out a little too long, but they can lock on
- Normal Plane is a little too wide, but can lock on
- If specters are added: too big
- If Garbage Truck added: too heavy and a little too long
- Bank Truck: not applicable
- Other vehicles can be loaded facing either front or back
- Crim car with gatling on top: you might want to prefer it facing backwards so they can’t shoot you
- If you are cop and loaded vehicle has crims when you unload it at impound, the crims are automatically arrested
- Loaded vehicles stay locked and loaded even if you exit the Flatbed

- Tranq related
- Tranq Information
- Tazes opponent and poisons then for a while, slowing them and hazing their vision, does not deal dps
- Low damage on impact, like 1 or 2
- Multiple hits extend and strengthen the slow and hazed-vision effects
- After several hits the target is eventually knocked unconscious, black vision and unable to move for a while, during this time is the perfect time to get close and arrest
- Tranq pistol
- Bolt-action pistol with a single round
- Moderate range
- Tazes opponent and poisons them for a while keeping them very slow, not a damaging poison, it also hazes their vision
- Tranq Rifle/Sniper
- Has scope
- Bolt action single shot
- Very long range round
- Tases opponent, and poisons them for a while keeping them very slow, it’s not a damaging poison, it also hazes the target’s vision
- Tranq Minigun
- 8 barrels, 8 darts
- If chain-fed can have more than 8 darts
- Spin it up then let loose and fire darts fast, meant for rapidly rendering a target unconscious
- Takes a while to reload, faster if you have it chain fed
- Short to moderate range
- Tranq Gas Grenade
- Every second inside the gas the targets are slowed and receive hazier vision until eventually they are rendered unconscious
- Use a Gas Mask to resist or be immune to gas effects, such as Tranq Gas

- Reduces damage you take to your face, helps complete the Juggernaut look

- Required in order for chameleon suit to take effect

- Reduces damage you take to your head, not necessary for Juggernaut suit but it does complete the outfit

- When not moving or moving slowly you blend in with the environment around you, making you almost invisible
- Hides nametag when chameleon is active

- Gear and Weapon Upgrade Ideas
- For: SWAT shield
- Passive equip
- Removes it from your Hotbar and applies it to your sidearm and melee weapons
- Batton, Sword, Pistol, Revolver, Flintlock, Laser Pistol, Shield Bubble Gun (maybe, it looks like a pistol to me), Taser, Uzi?,
- Press G to toggle for 1 handed equipment, on back or held, when on back it is half effective and does not slow you down, when held it is as normal, for 2 handed gear like rifles it will only be on back with no option to hold it
- 2 handed: Rifle (GP), AK, sniper, Grenades, Donuts, Bazuka, Minigun (if it’s ever added), truck guns, vehicles, etc
- Add to weapon shop for equip/unequip
- More of a suggestion than an upgrade/modify idea
- For: Tranq Minigun
- Chain Fed
- Majorly increases magazine capacity and increases reload speed
- For: Any Tranq Item
- Enhanced Tranq
- Darts taze slightly longer and all forms apply stronger slows and stronger hazy visions, and reduces how many darts or how long until the target is rendered unconscious
- Can be upgraded several times
- Slower but stronger
- Final versions of enhancing tranq
- With this single dart the target will be rendered unconscious, after they walk for a few seconds
- Can be upgraded a couple times, after enhanced is maxed

- Leaves a 1 city block radius of radioactive zone, damaging anyone who enters the area, looks like a hazy green dome, green smoke, puke green, essentially radioactive cloud, lasts no more than 30 seconds, but at least 5 seconds
- Chameleon Device
- Can allow your car to blend in with the environment around it, but you are not completely invisible so be careful, also hides the nametags of those in the car
- How to use
- Stationary can make you use Chameleon
- With upgrades certain speeds will allow you chameleon
- Max level allows you to use chameleon as toggle only instead of having a max speed for chameleon, toggle is always available for in case you don’t want to be chameleon while slow or stationary
- What disables chameleon
- Being hit
- Ally firing from your vehicle
- Going to fast for your level of chameleon device, max level device has no speed limit
- For Delorean: cannot equip if Ghost Drive Engine is equipped
- Muffler Upgrades
- Muffles your vehicles sounds and the max level version makes your vehicle completely silent
- Vehicle Shield
- Protects vehicle from cop ramming and from enemy projectiles, beware laser gun
- Slows your car while active, is a toggled ability
- Lvl 1 slows vehicle by 50%
- Max level either has no speed reduction or slows by 10%, probably slows by 10% to keep people from always having it active because people want speed
- Another balancing thing: driving charges the shield and can keep the shield active, being stationary it can’t last more than 30 seconds, deactivate and/or drive to charge the shield
- On the HUD button for the shield there is a line showing the shield charge, and below it the number for how many seconds it would last when stationary
- Optional not needed: below that the number for how long the shield will last at current speed, infinite symbol at max speed,
- Alternate Optional: or maybe a -#/+# for the current rate at which the shield is charging or dying, -# no more than -1 at stationary, the number rises the faster the vehicle goes
- Disabling shield add +2 to the number, making it +1 at stationary
- Number is loss or gain to timer per second
- Unique Upgrades for specific vehicles
- Delorean
- Ghost Drive Engine
- Faster than T5(max) and at reaching near top speed the Delorean goes ghost, becoming invisible and immune to everything, those inside also are invisible and immune to everything, the car and people inside even go through vehicles as if those other vehicles weren’t even there, buildings are treated as if they weren’t there, and anything that could slow the car down is out of the way, flattened or whatever so that it doesn’t slow down the car, but if you slow down and appear in a building or car then the delorean is destroyed and all inside the delorean are killed so be careful with this thing, oh and you nor your allies can exit the vehicle when in ghost mode
- Simplified
- Faster than T5(max) engine
- Near max speed causes ghost mode
- Ghost Mode
- Immune to everything
- Go through objects and buildings like a ghost
- Hills smoother to prevent slowing down
- Appearing in a building or vehicle causes doom: delorean is destroyed and all inside delorean are killed
- No exiting of vehicle; no one can exit vehicle
- Updates needed for current objects
- Grenade - weapons shop
- The current grenade needs an equip button of it’s own, either on the grenade thing or as a new box like the smoke grenade
- Meaning
- A: add equip/unequip button to current grenade slot in weapons shops
- B: add a second slot for grenades in weapons shops specifically for equip/unequip and rename current one to Grenade Charges or Grenade Ammo or whatever
- As of now, you have to click on purchase grenade and then equip/unequip another explosive device, I normally equip bazooka after clicking purchase grenade in order to equip grenade, but that also means grenade has no way to be unequipped
- SWAT shield - a way to unequip it
- Add it to weapons shop so that it can be equipped and unequipped without having to enter cop building
- Or maybe just add an equip/unequip button below SWAT shield so that cops can unequip it, or whoever it may be in the cop building with SWAT shield
- Anti-UFO-ing for land vehicles
- There are occasionally glitches that cause land vehicles to spin out of control like a UFO and go airborne, sometimes throwing themselves off the map, and always throws so that it can never be found if the rider leaves the vehicle mid-UFO-ing
- Barriers at the edge of the map have prevented being thrown off the map but UFO-ing is still a problem, more of a nuisance issue than a deadly issue (deadly as in kills your character)
- More Stability and Control for water vehicles
- turn rate can be way too drastic
- Robbery/Policing Ideas
- Impound Lot and criminal version
- Policing: Impound Lot
- Ability to grab any empty vehicle with copters, including other copters, planes, and boats
- If it was driven by a criminal, you take it to the impound lot and get paid for impounding it
- Grabbing a vehicle to impound via copter is faster than grabbing other vehicles
- Reason: mag-lock for impounding bonus
- Tow trucks get no advantage or otherwise
- Also a bonus to paycheck for impounding crim vehicles
- Tow Truck vehicle to grab land vehicles while air vehicles can grab any
- Abandoned vehicles can be dropped off here for some cash as well, but do not count towards the impound bonus paycheck pay
- To be abandoned, the vehicle owner must either be dead or be farther than 150 studs away and must have been police
- Impounded vehicles are deleted
- Abandoned/Returned vehicles await their owners in the parking garage (attached to impound), and are deleted if the owner summons a new car
- Random vehicles picked up from there spawn: deleted/returned to it’s spawn, no pay
- Criminals cannot use the impound, but vehicles will be deleted or moved depending on what they drop there
- Police vehicle: moved to police vehicle garage
- Crim vehicle: Impounded and the pay is split amongst the cops
- Random vehicle picked up from it’s spawn: deleted/returned to it’s spawn
- LOCATION IDEA: turn the dud building that is beside the police superbase into the impound area and turn the dud building beside that into the police Vehicle Garage, or vice versa, either way both are beside the superbase
- Criminal Fun
- Crims can do the same thing as cops, but cannot use the impound lot, instead they get bonus pay on their paycheck for tossing cop vehicles into a volcano
- Whenever either team drops a vehicle into a volcano, the vehicle is destroyed (deleted) from the map
- A new addition to the criminal volcano base will add a silo and a parking garage to the base
- Like abandoned cars, but for criminals instead of cops, and crims do get paid for this
- This silo is where crims drop their allies vehicles, and the vehicle is teleported to the criminal vehicle garage, and the crim who returned his ally’s vehicle gets a small pay for his service to his ally
- The silo has no access to the base to prevent cops from being able to enter that way
- The silo does not work for cops, if they drop a vehicle it will sit there and do nothing, after a minute the bottom will fill with lava and destroy the dud car and then the lava will recede (clear out) so that crims can continue dropping their ally’s vehicles into it without blockage
- If crims drop a dud vehicle or a cop vehicle, the silo fills with lava over the vehicle and destroys the vehicle to make room for crim vehicles that get dropped in
- Impounding/Returning Vehicles/ ally spawning
- If you or your ally has their vehicle in your teams garage, the owner of the vehicle will spawn at the base
- Super Heist
- This heist is gray on police screens, unless alerted to a robbery there
- When criminals rob this place, they do not auto alert the cops, instead they must sneak by NPC civilians and cops that guard the place, the civilian NPCs are workers working at the place and the Guards are… Guards
- They must infiltrate the building(s) and loot the place and it’s vault. They store the loot in a criminal van. Once they’ve cleared the place they drive the criminal van to the collector and the collector empties it and all in the van get paid.
- At the place there are cameras that must be dodged, and a guard in a cam room watching the cams. Crims must eliminate that guard so that they don’t alert the place by being caught by cams. Silencers on guns allow them to shoot silently, without a silencer the whole place will alert.
- Incentive for cops to flood to the alerted place is 1000 money bonus per crim eliminated, 5000 per arrest, at the alerted base, more incentive: -25 money per second not at the alerted base
- Cops can camp at the place but must patrol like the guards or lose 25 cash per minute
- Patrol or camera watch or leave or lose 25 cash per minute when base not alerted
- Patrol:
- Keep moving, normally in straight lines
- Inspect things for marks or missing things or things that shouldn’t be there
- Crates missing valuables
- Vault seal, open or closed
- Crate may have been tampered with, but not necessarily opened
- Fence cut
- Wires cut
- Windows or lights broken
- Camera broken
- Camera wires cut
- Camera painted to be visual blocked
- ETC
- Or they can take over cam room and watch cams
- Camping cops get radios for calling in criminals, after seeing a criminal for 3 seconds far away, or the criminal is very close for immediate call, they can call in the alert. If they are alerted they can call it in. Crims will see alert status as a red exclamation above the head of a guard.
- Another way a cop can alert the place is by hitting a criminal with a bullet, the place will then alert. If the cop misses or hits nothing then they call it a false alarm. This is helpful for if the criminals are too sneaky, the cop can go to the criminal and blast them, alerting the place.
- Criminals can mess with cameras
- Any version of disabling will make a NPC guard suspect and go examine the cam, the cam Guard calls them to inspect the cam…
- Destroyed: NPC alerts, player cam guard will not know, player inspect alerts
- Attack the cam
- Painted: depending on paint and on NPC either alert or they won’t know and will eventually leave, and depending on cam guard the act of painting might alert him, it will alert a player cam guard, and player inspect will alert
- Spray paint the cam’s lens
- Wires cut: NPCs have no clue, player inspect alerts
- Shoot the wires carefully or use wire cutters
- Wire cutters is the safer way but needs you to be close
- Criminals Can disguise as NPCs, by grabbing a disguise off of a fallen NPC. You can know NPC from player by erratic movements that NPC would not make that players would. If a player is skilled enough they can move just like an NPC and you will have to be almost face to face to begin alerting. Even if they pick up a cop outfit they can’t disguise, it has to be an NPC guard or NPC worker. There will also be a locker room with disguises, but it will be guarded and cammed.
- Map Ideas
- Expand map to add an island out far where no one can spawn naturally
- Give it some houses and robberies and a no-spawn police shack where police can go to retrieve their SWAT gear if they spawn in a house on the island, spawning in house is as normal, you or your crew leader owns the house
- Housing additions Ideas
- Add boards that are team specific
- For Cops
- Cop board
- SWAT board
- For crims
- Crime Boss board
- For either
- House weapons shop, add the weapon shop to your home
- These can allow you to not have to leave the house empty handed
- VIP server Ideas/Low population server Ideas
- For VIP servers, the VIP gets the option to add NPCs like NPC crims to arrest and NPC cops to either add difficulty to their robberies or to kill for keycard or money or whatever
- For low-population servers, it will keeps at least 5 on each team: crim and cop; this will allows crims to hunt cops or crims to have a little more difficulty in their robberies or for cops, add some crims for them to arrest when there are no crim players available
- Either way, crim NPCs must also escape the Prison, and NPCs are worth 1/10th basic cash, Crim NPCs can rob and that can add some difficulty to other crims as well, by having competition, but for cops, these crim NPCs gain bounty as normal and the bounty is worth normal, the farming at prison money is what is 1/10th, and for crims, killing a cop NPC is worth 1/10th
- By the way: vehicle ideas can be renamed if need be
- Any idea can be modified or renamed, but I would prefer it implemented at least close to my ideas if it gets implemented

Abandoned Vehicle Returns

---Turn in Abandoned Vehicles for some extra cash, but it doesn't add to paycheck

Tow Truck

---can also pick up or drag up air and water vehicles to carry to impound lot
---loading and unloading has a semi-lengthy animation, this animation also locks/unlocks the vehicle that was loaded/unloaded onto/from the truck
---the loading animation picks up the target vehicle and places it onto the flatbed and locks the loaded vehicle onto the bed of the truck
---the unloading animation unlocks the vehicle from the bed of the truck and sets the unloaded vehicle behind the flatbed
CRIMINAL SIDE
---either side can grab player's vehicles and take them away to a volcano, and can drop the vehicle into volcano to be destroyed (deleted from map)
---criminals get extra to their paycheck for destroying cop's vehicles in this way
