Itinerary

4:00 pm        Practice- Briefly Warm-Up before leaving HS/loading bus

4:20 pm        Prep to load busses

4:40 pm        Depart  

5:00 pm        Arrive at Show Site

-Straight to Warm-Up With Instruments

5:05 pm        Warm Up
5:20 pm        Transit

5:25 pm        Performance (Auditorium)

5:50 pm        Post Performance

                        -Put away equipment away on bus

                        -Wait for Scores

6:00 pm        Depart for Mt. Vernon

6:30 pm        Dismiss

                -After everything is put away

                -Bus is cleaned

Notes:

1. Be prepared for quick transitions and a fast pace!!
2. You are representing Mt. Vernon music department. Conduct yourself in a way that will bring honor to yourself, the band, and the choir.
3. Freshman/rookies, use the example of the upperclassmen for your conduct. They know what we expect and I am confident they will do it right.

Spectator Admission:

Admission is free to the event!! Come watch us perform!

Parking:

Parents will need to park in the east lots and enter through Door #1.
