Credit versus work breakdown

One credit – 50 hours of work (about 3.5 hours per week)

Two credits – 100 hours of work (about 7 hours per week)

Three credits – 150 hours of work (about 10 hours per week)

Summer term – hour requirement may vary

Description of the Internship

* To be completed by student with the aid of the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Jacqueline Smith-Mason - Provide a detailed summary that explains what you will accomplish during the internship. This description may include information on the types of tasks you will perform, the skills you will develop or gain, and how it will further you in reference to your future career goals.

Duties and Responsibilities of Internship

*To be completed by supervisor – Please, describe the responsibilities of the intern, including hours for semester.

Learning Outcome of Internship

*To be completed by the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Jacqueline Smith-Mason in consultation with the supervisor-Please, describe the learning outcomes for the intern, including a rubric for how the outcomes will be assessed.
