What can I expect from Balloon World Adventure?

Climb aboard and prepare to be swept away into a wonderful world built from nearly 400,000 balloons over an area of 2,000 m2, for a day of family fun🎈

Is the exhibition indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition will be held indoors.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts between 70 and 90 minutes.

Where does the experience take place?

The exhibition will take place at Pl. Charles Rogier, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and drink be available for sale on site?

No.

Will there be any souvenirs for sale?

Yes, there will be a store at the end of the experience.

Is there a changing room?

No.

Can I eat or drink inside the exhibition?

Food and drink are not permitted inside the experiment.

Is there an age limit?

This event is for all ages

Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

Are there toilets on site?

No, there are no toilets on site.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you have a Flex ticket, there's no need to worry, as you can visit the experience at any time during the selected day. If you don't have a Flex ticket, you'll have to pay a supplement on the spot to change your ticket into a Flex ticket. Please check our closing times, as we are unable to change them.

Do you carry out bag searches before entering the experiment?

To ensure the safety of all participants, our security team may ask to search visitors' bags.

Is there on-site parking?

It's best to use public transport.

Is the site wheelchair-accessible?

Can I bring my pets? Are service dogs allowed?

No, this event is not pet-friendly; only service animals are allowed.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

Can I buy a ticket at the entrance?

We will have a ticket office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your place. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Who are the official vendors for this experiment?

Official Balloon World Adventure tickets can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket types and options?

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever application. Please contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

As a general rule, Fever tickets cannot be modified or refunded. However, this experience does allow you to change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. This option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever application, where the "Change date and/or time" button will appear...

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You'll find your ticket in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you haven't installed the app, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store.

Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Do you offer tickets for caregivers?

Admission is free for caregivers. All you need to do is present the necessary documentation at the ticket office. No entry is permitted without documentation.

Do you offer discounts for groups?

We offer discounts for groups and schools of 50 or more. Please fill in the form for groups.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can I take photos or film the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be careful not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
