Star Linker Development Limited - 條款及細則 和 私隱權政策
1.會員積分
1.1會員每惠顧HK$1均可獲取1分(不連小數點計算，例如:消費HK$1.5=1分)。
1.2會員須於完成交易後7日內(惠顧當日計算在內)掃瞄收據上的QRCODE方可儲存積分，否則作廢:
1.3會員每日最多只可獲取3次積分。
1.4每次交易只可賺取一次積分，每張收據只可掃瞄1次。
1.5會員只須進入應用程式，即可隨時查閱所獲得之積分。
1.6積分有效期為至會員登記12個月後下1個季度完結日,季度完結日為1月31日;4月30日;7月31日;10月31日(例如:第1次登記期為2021年2月8日,所有積分會於2022年4月30日到期)
1.7任何過期積分均失效，亦不獲賠償。
1.8如果滙星發展有限公司 懷疑積分是透過欺詐或不誠實的手段獲得，滙星發展有限公司 保留權利從其帳戶中扣除積分。
2.積分兌換優惠券
2.1會員可於積分有效期內憑有關積分兌換優惠券。
2.2優惠券使用:會員落單時必須向店員出示相關手機版面及會員號碼以換領優惠。
2.3優惠有效日期受有關條款及細則約束。
2.4優惠確定使用後不可更改，相關之積分亦將隨交易被扣除。
2.5任何過期優惠券均失效，亦不獲賠償。
3.我們收集的個人資料及用途
3.1當你登記成為 滙星發展有限公司 會員，我們會向你收集以下的資料，而該資料可能包括個人資料(私隱)條例所定義的個人資料(稱「資料」)：•你的姓名、電話號碼及電郵地址；•你的出生日期及性別。
3.2你所提供的資料將被用作如下目的：•為保安理由，我們會使用你的電郵地址，以確認你登入就是你本人；•進行市場分析；•處理及跟進投訴、查詢或意見反饋；•更新及改善我們的記錄；•根據任何對我們有約束力的法例的要求，向任何香港政府、法律及監管機構作出披露；及•為你提供新聞、通告及有關我們的產品、服務及促銷活動的其他資訊(只適用於你選擇接受我們最新資訊及優惠)
3.3我們擬使用你的資料作直接促銷，我們若未獲得你的同意(包括表示不反對)，則不會使用你的資料作直接促銷之用。
3.4如你想停止接收推廣訊息，請登入Storellet內 滙星發展有限公司 資訊更新你的選擇。
4.其他條款
4.1每個會員戶口內積分結餘應以 滙星發展有限公司 持有的紀錄為決定性證據。
4.2如會員把商品、優惠或服務退回 滙星發展有限公司 作退款，有關積分會於其帳戶中扣除。
4.3濫用任何 滙星發展有限公司 會員計劃、積分獎賞或其任何優惠，可導致終止會籍或撤銷優惠。
4.4滙星發展有限公司 保留最終權利：隨時更改 滙星發展有限公司 會員計劃的結構、優惠及其他特色（包括這些條款及細則），或者終止滙星發展有限公司 會員計劃。滙星發展有限公司 雖會合理地將重大更改事項通知會員，但會員有責任留意 滙星發展有限公司 會員計劃優惠、條款及細則更新。會員一經參與 滙星發展有限公司 會員計劃，將被視為接納任何更改。滙星發展有限公司 不會為由此造成的失誤或損害負上責任。
4.5如有任何有關積分優惠或其他爭議，滙星發展有限公司 保留最終決定權。 1. Points rewards
1.1 Members can earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent (after discount) at any Star Linker Development Limited, excluding decimal point. For example, HK$1 spent = 1 point.
1.2 Members must scan the QR code on the receipt to earn point within 7 days upon purchase completion (including purchase day).
1.3 Members can earn a maximum of 3 different receipts per day.
1.4 Points can only be earned per transaction each time. Each receipt can only be scanned once.
1.5 Members can always check their point account balance through login into Storellet.
1.6 Points validity period starts from the membership registration date until the quarter end date of the following year. Quarter end dates will be by 31 Jan, 30 Apr, 31 Jul and 31 Oct every year. For example, the members’ point expiry date registered on 8 Feb 2015 will be on 30 Apr 2016.
1.7 Unused points cannot be carried forward and will expire.
1.8 Star Linker Development Limited reserves the right to deduct points from membership account if we suspect that such bonus points were obtained via fraudulent or dishonest means.
2. Redeem coupons with points
2.1 Accumulation and redemption of points are valid only during point validity period.
2.2 Use of coupon: Members must present Storellet mobile interface and membership number to our staff to redeem the offer.
2.3 Coupon offer valid date and specific terms and conditions apply.
2.4 Coupon redemption cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed and the points will be deducted in the system automatically.
2.5 Unused coupons cannot be carried forward and will expire.
3. Types of data we collect
3.1 When you register as Star Linker Development Limited member, we may collect the following information from you which may contain personal data as defined under the PDPO (“Data”):
• Your name, mobile phone number and email address;
• Your birth date and gender
3.2 The Data provided by you will be used for the following purposes:
• security reasons to confirm your identity when you login to Storellet Apps;
• conducting market analysis;
• handling and following up of complaint, enquiry or feedback;
• updating and enhancing our records;
• meeting disclosure requirements to any governmental, legal or regulatory authority in Hong Kong under the requirements of any law binding on us; and
• providing you with news, notices and communications of our products, services and promotional events (only if you opt-in to receive news on our products and services)
3.3 We intend to use your Data in direct marketing, and we may not so use your Data unless we have received your consent (which includes an indication of no objection).
3.4 You can choose not to receive these marketing notifications by selecting the unsubscribe option in Star Linker Development Limited’s information page of Storellet Apps.
4. Other Terms and Conditions
4.1 Records held by Star Linker Development Limited shall be treated as conclusive evidence of balance of Points Rewards in each member’s account.
4.2 Points will be credited to your account if you return products, coupons or services to Star Linker Development Limited for a refund.
4.3 Mis-use of any Star Linker Development Limited Membership Scheme, Points Rewards or its benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of privileges.
4.4 Star Linker Development Limited reserves the right to change the Membership Scheme structure, privileges and other features, including the Terms of Use, or to terminate Points Rewards at any time. Star Linker Development Limited shall strive to notify members of material changes; however, it is the responsibility of the members to keep themselves up-to-date with regard to the Terms of Use for Points Rewards. Any use of Points Rewards by any member will be deemed as agreeable/acceptance of any change. Star Linker Development Limited will not be liable for loss or damage resulting thereof.
4.5 Star Linker Development Limited reserves the rights for any changes and final decision on bonus point offers.
