Pursuant to section 36-7-303, Colo. Rev. Stat., please accept this notification that the roadless area management recommendations have been submitted to the United States Forest Service by Governor Bill Ritter, Jr. Both the management recommendation submitted by former-Governor Bill Owens on November 13, 2006 and the revised management recommendations submitted by Governor Bill Ritter, Jr. on March 20, 2007 are attached.
