The Experience

Can you tell me more about the experience?

Fever Originals has curated a series of exciting and engaging culinary experiences worldwide, collaborating with world-class restaurants and hidden gems to provide this truly unique culinary experience called: Dining In The Dark. Guests will enter the restaurant and blindfold themselves before indulging in a 3-course meal. It's a genuine gastronomic adventure that promises to enhance your senses by eliminating one: sight!

How does the menu work? Do I need to choose anything?

There is only one fixed mysterious menu, tailor-made for this event and selected from seasonal ingredients. You simply need to select your menu preference among meat (red), fish (blue), or vegan (green)! Let us know if you have any allergies through the provided form so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

How do we eat in the dark? How will we know when we are finished?

Be creative! Find a method that works for you; everyone has their way of doing it!

How long will I be in the dark?

The maximum time you will be in the dark is approximately 90 minutes if you can skip bathroom breaks! We recommend staying in the dark for the entire event to fully experience it.

How will I know where my table is?

Your table will be presented to you upon arrival, and with the assistance of our staff, you will be guided to your seats. Our seating arrangements are made 4 days before the event, at the time of collecting the order forms, so it's essential that we receive the order forms on time.

When do I need to be there?

Please refer to the tickets to review the session's schedule. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the session starts.

What happens if I am late?

We can allow entry if you are up to 15 minutes late. Any later, and you may not be able to experience the entire event, we reserve the right to refuse entry at the restaurant's discretion. However, we will always do our best to accommodate each guest.

Can I sit together with my friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you fill out the seating form in advance and list the names of your friends.

Tickets

Is the gratuity included in the ticket?

No, the ticket includes the multi-course meal and the blindfolded dining experience. At the end of the evening, you will receive a check for any additional drink purchases where you can also add the gratuity if you wish to.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used for the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you don't need to print anything. You just need to show your Fever ticket(s) at the venue. Ticket(s) can only be validated by venue staff. Once validated, ticket(s) cannot be reused.

Ticket Exchange

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not permitted. Exchanges for other dates and/or times are allowed up to 4 days before the originally purchased event start time, subject to availability. Please send an email directly to hello@feverup.com to modify the ticket.

I can't attend on this date, will there be other dates available?

The event will have multiple sessions available with a variety of dates. However, there will be a very limited number of tickets available per date, so we recommend securing your preferred dates in advance.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.

The event takes place at T4 Bistrot.

Is the venue accessible to disabled individuals?

Yes, we always ensure that our venues are accessible to wheelchair users.

Requirements and Restrictions

What is the minimum age to enter the venue?

12 years or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be flashing lights or people using cameras during the event?

No, we have a no-phone policy to prevent camera flashes. The goal is to provide an authentic experience for everyone.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the venue?

No, bringing outside food or drinks into the venue is not allowed.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

What beverages will be available?

Various beverages will be available for purchase. You must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.
