IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF OSCEOLA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Ordinance #93-06 Article 12, to read as follows:

hereby amended by adding

"ARTICLE 12. Construction or Mobile Home Near Property Line:

Section 1. No person shall erect any residence, or locate any manufactured home, within 20 feet of any

of any street or any property line, unless a permit is obtained as provided in Article 6.

Section 2. If a permit is denied the appeal process as specified in Articles 5 and 6 shall apply.

Section 3. Violation of this Article shall be subject to the penalties specified in Article 7."
