HealthyScreen (“HealthyScreen”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) takes your (“your” or “you”) privacy rights very seriously. We are committed to transparently describing our privacy practices, including how we collect, use and disclose data we obtain from your activity on the HealthyScreen application (“App”) and/or the HealthyScreen website available at HealthyScreen.ai (“Website”) (collectively, the App and Website is the “Site”).
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“Privacy Policy”) carefully before using the services we offer on this Site (“Services”). By using the Services, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services.

What Information Do We Collect?

General. Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for a user account (“User Account”). Profile information that you provide for your user profile and any Content that you post to the Services.
We collect contact information for identified employees and end users eligible to be screen by our application. In addition we collect, the business name, business url, and primary contact information of the individual who has registered for a new account with us.
Employee Health Information. When you contact us or we contact you or you take part in our survey from your mobile device, your will provide information about your health.
Beyond the daily survey data we collect from you, we may be furnished by your employer or administrator information regarding your employee or student identification, your business or student email address, the address of your place of work or school, and your work shift or attendance schedule where necessary.
Usage Information. Information from your activity and use of the Services.
User Content and Feedback. We collect and store content that you post, send, receive, and share. This content includes any information about you that you may choose to disclose to us.
Analytics Information. We may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Services. We collect and aggregate this analytics information with information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
Cookies. We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use HealthyScreen and provide features to you. Third-party advertisers may use cookies or similar technologies placed by use to serve ads or services to your devices. Please see our Cookie Policy.
Metadata. Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with your use of the Services or any Content you post. For example, metadata can describe how and when a piece of user content was posted and how that content is formatted.
Location Services. The Services use location services made available online and by iOS, Android and other platforms. Location services allows location-based applications and websites, like the App, to use Information from internet service providers, cellular, Wi-Fi and Global Positioning System (GPS) networks to determine your approximate location. We use location services to facilitate the ordinary operation of the Service, including tracking the location of Users and displaying such Information to other users in order to show relevant content through the Service. Our Disclosure of Your Information with Third Parties

Public Areas and Other Users. User activities in the public areas of the Service may be identifiable to a User Account, and all or certain users of the Service may be able to see your published content. Content which you have publicly shared on the Service may be available to be re-shared by others. If you remove Information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service.
Information Retention
General Retention Policy. We will periodically de-identify (i) your Information; and (ii) unnecessary Information collected from you on our Site. Subject to this Privacy Policy, with the exception of aggregated Information, we may delete any Information associated to comply with the law.
Termination of Access to Site. If your access to the Services is terminated, we may retain the Information you provide for as long as you have a User Account and disclose it in a manner consistent with our practices under this Privacy Policy.
Your Choices and Rights
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Right of Access and Correcting and Portability. You may review and change your Information online or you can Contact Us.
Right to Erasure and Restriction. You may ask us to delete and/or restrict our processing of your Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, despite such request, subject to all applicable laws and the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, we may still retain your Content and Information for legitimate business interests, to collect any fees owed (if and as applicable), resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage of the Application and/or Site, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and/or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
Right to Object. You may object to us processing your Content and Information.
Right to Withdraw Consent. Where we have asked for your consent to use and/or process your Information (if applicable), you can withdraw this consent at any time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to applicable laws and the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy
HealthyScreen does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) or knowingly allow such persons to register for a User Account. The Services and its Content is not directed at children under the age of 18. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (18) without parental consent, we will delete that information and/or Information as soon as practicable. We encourage Users to report to us where they believe that the Services has User Account or information from or about a child under thirteen (18).
Security
We strive to protect your Information by putting in place a range of technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure the Information we receive from you, including without limitation, security technologies. We are continuously utilizing security measures to protect your Information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee the security of your Data. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or Services failure and other factors, may compromise the security of your Information at any time. We reserve the right, without any limitation, to investigate any suspected breaches of the Services’ security or information technology or other systems or networks.
