What can I expect at Diamond Parks?
Diamond Parks, Pune’s favorite family destination since 1999, offers a mix of fun, thrill, and relaxation. Enjoy 5 pools, 20+ water rides, 16 adventure activities for adults, and 12 kids’ activities. How long does the experience last?
For water parks, people spend half a day or full day. Please check your ticket type. For camping, we have options for overnight stays ranging from 1 night to 3 nights.

In the Live Your City App, available on Google Play and App Store, and on the Live Your City website
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Live Your City App or on the Live Your City website.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, you will be able to purchase food and beverage at the venue with vegetarian options available. Please also check your ticket inclusions to see if F&B is included.
Is outside food allowed within the premises?
No outside food/beverages are allowed inside the park. (such as makhana, dal khichdi, teething stick, lentils & peas, kheer, fruits, etc.)
Is there a dress code?
Yes, appropriate swimwear is a must for Water Park activities. (Only Nylon, Lycra or Synthetic swimwear are allowed).
Socks are a must for kids availing the Hop-a-little facility.
Can I buy a swimming costume inside the park?
Yes, swimming costumes and socks are available for purchase inside the park.
Is there parking available?
Yes, visitors should park their vehicles in designated parking areas.
Are there lockers available?
Yes! For your convenience, lockers are available on a rental basis inside the park.
Please DO NOT leave your valuables unattended. Diamond Parks will NOT be responsible for any loss, damages or theft. Do not wear jewellery while experiencing water activities.
What payment options are available?
You can pay online while booking your tickets, or choose to pay in cash at the venue box office.
Will there be a lifeguard present?
Yes, lifeguards will be present at the venue to ensure guest safety.
What is the age or height policy for children’s tickets?
A child is qualified as someone under 4ft of height, anything over that and they would be charged as an adult. Children up to 2 years of age or under 2.5ft in height can enjoy free entry!

About tickets
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes you can transfer your tickets to another person using the ‘Transfer’ button linked in tickets received via email. Please contact us if you need additional help. Please make sure to include your ticket order number in the query.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Live Your City app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email or whatsapp depending on the login method you used.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Live Your CIty app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Live Your CIty app where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
Can I make a group booking?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive on time to maximize your experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, pets and service animals are allowed in this event’s location.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
DO NOT carry any sharp items (Knives, cutters, blade scissors, etc) inside the park premises.

Are there walking lights?
Yes, walking lights are available throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, there will be designated seating areas where you can sit and enjoy the event.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications. Changing rooms are also available.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, photography and video recording are allowed.
Is smoking and vaping allowed at the venue?
Yes, but only in specific designated areas.
Is there a Lost & Found?
No, there will not be a lost and found service at the venue. Please make use of the locker service available to protect your belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience. Strollers and prams are also allowed. Guests with any medical or health conditions are recommended to skip a few slides/pools irrespective of their physical activity.
