Event Details

What can I expect from the event?

Tribute Brunch is a unique tribute to the most popular music/bands/musicals icons. People will enjoy a setting inspired by the artist's career through a themed menu with dishes and drinks named after iconic songs. They will immerse themselves in the world of the artist while singing the greatest hits, creating a perfect blend of food and music, giving them the opportunity to build community with other fans in an atmosphere that celebrates the artist's legacy.

How does the menu work? Do I need to choose anything? What if I have any allergies/dietary restrictions?

There is a set 3-course menu. Please let us know if you have any allergies at least 72 hours prior to the event through the Check-In process.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 120 minutes.

How do I know where my table is?

Your table will be presented to you on arrival, with the help of our staff you will be taken to your seats. Our seating plans are done 5 days prior to the event, upon collecting your order forms so it is vital we receive your order forms on time.

Tickets

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 21 years old or older to attend.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I sit next to my friends?

Yes, you will be able to sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same area. We recommend that you arrive early and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. A set $10 per person will be added to the bill at the end of the experience to thank our servers! You are more than welcome to tip on top!

Ticket Changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In this case, please contact us  indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For further information, you can consult our T&Cs .

Requirements & Restrictions

Can I bring my own food and drink into the venue?                  

No        

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What drinks will be available?  

We have a set drink menu available for additional purchase at the event.
