The student organization is requesting funding to purchase 3 Nintendo switches for club use at tournaments and casual weekly events, so they do not have . The 3 of each 3 games to go with each nintendo switch. Where will the stuff be stored? At the esports location in a locker. This is the same request we heard in November. DISCUSSION: Introductions and reviewed budget. The student is requesting funding for a trip to CBDNA in Tacoma Washington. There are five people going. They will be driving. Requesting funding for registration which is $75 as well as $82.72 for the car and gas, this is his portion or one fifth of the motor pool rental for a Nissan Pathfinder and the gas to get to and from Tacoma. Also requesting $252.89 for hotel costs for one person for four nights at the hotel where the conference is. They are also requesting funding for food and hotel parking for a total of $212. Have they purchased anything on this budget yet? No they have not because of the uncertainty of funding Kayla then lets the student know that this will be a reimbursement as long as it is on this budget we can reimburse up to the $400 maximum. America explains next steps. Fully funding $400.
