MSK:

R1        40-50 radiographs

R2-3        10 cross sectional studies + 25-30 radiographs

R4        20 cross sectional exams + radiographs as time allows to keep list up

NEURO:

R1         CT 15/day minimum

R2        CT 20-25/day minimum

R3        MR 12/day minimum

R4         MR 20/day minimum

BODY:

R1-pre-call        sit with staff or upper level resident@viewbox and dictate exam findings as discussed, target 5-12 studies/day

R1-after call         8-12 studies/day

R2        12-15 studies/day

R3        16-20 studies/day

R4        20-25 studies/day

Body MR        read every exam

US:

Intern:         observe resident +/- dictate 10 cases/day

R1        20+

R2        30+

R3        40+

R4        50+

ER:

Target: 4-5 CTs/hour

Start of 1st call: 2-3 CT/h

End of 1st call: 4-5 CT/h

CT volume may vary based on complexity, mix of cases.

PET/CT:

8-10 exams/day

MAMMO:

240 mammograms must be read in 6 month time period during last 2 years of training

3 month rotations total- preferably 1 in R3, 2 back to back in R4 year

1st rotation:         160 diagnostic exams

                40 dictations/month

                60-80 procedures (observe and/or participate)

2nd rotation:         240 screening exams, 20 MRI

3rd rotation:         approx. 250 dictations: combination of screening, diagnostic, MRI and     procedures
