Birthday Party Refund Policy  

Cancellations 30 or more days before the party will receive a full in-house credit or refund less a 15% administration fee. That refund will be applied to the original form of payment.  

Cancellations less than 30 days before the party will receive a 50% in-house credit or 50% refund of the total cost of the party.

Credits do not expire and can be used on any program at KEVA except food and beverage purchases.    

If you need to move your party to a new date less than 30 days from the reservation date, there is a $35 administrative fee.

Parties are able to upgrade with a 7 day notice however downgrading packages is not allowed.
