Treasury Update:

• We are financially In a better position that last year to cover upcoming costs
• Agreed that coaches could attend a coaching clinic in Superior in February

By-Laws Update:

We learned last spring that our By-Laws need a number of revisions.

Mark will spearhead the effort to revise and review, but would want input from others before presenting to the Board at the next meeting.  

• Timing of elections will need to be set more clearly
• Will consider changing our set up to a President/Pres-Elect and updating the list of officers so we can fill a full board to function more efficiently
• Middle School reps may not be necessary on the board
• Aim to review in February, Adopt in March, Implement in April/May

Umbrella Liability Policy Question

• Wendy asked if the QB Club provides liability insurance for their board members
• Kari said she would check with Jim to find out if other booster clubs have this

• Appended note: He is unaware of any that do provide this for their board members
