Summer School will run June 10-30, 2020

Additional dates regarding booklet release, registration, and application deadlines will be posted in late January.

Employment Opportunities for High School Students

We are excited to be able to offer our High School students the opportunity to apply for positions within our Summer School program. Students interested in applying need to complete the application linked above and submit to the District Office at 400 Reid St., Suite W, De Pere, WI 54115.

Interviews will be held in early May.  If selected for an interview you will be contacted by Mrs. Thomson, Summer School secretary, via email to set up the time and date.   All openings are based on enrollment and will be determined by mid to late May.

If you have worked for the Summer School program in the past and are interested in doing so again this year, please submit a cover letter expressing your interest in this years program via e-mail to Mr. Kowalczyk, Summer School director, mkowalczyk@wdpsd.com.

Any persons over 18 years old must have a completed background check on file in accordance to the Districts policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

To keep class costs affordable, refunds will only be issued if a class is canceled by the Summer School Director or because of a family or medical emergency.  All classes are subject to cancellation by the Summer School Director. Any class that does not have sufficient enrollment may be canceled. If a class is canceled, alternative classes will be available. A refund will not be issued if a student decides to drop a class once the session begins.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to follow the same school rules and standards of conduct which apply during the regular school year. Summer school staff will contact parents if an issue occurs.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you are a high school student interested in volunteering for Summer School, please send an email expressing your interest to Mr. Kowalczyk at mkowalczyk@wdpsd.com. Any persons 18 years old or older must have an approved background check on file per district policy.
