For example, teaching children in my community pottery classes over the weekend.

  1. Identify ways you practise self-acceptance and compassion so that you are kinder to yourself and have more meaning in your life.

  1. Practising gratitude.

Cultivating gratitude leads to acts of kindness and contributes to finding a sense of purpose.
