Cairn University

Clarks Summit University

Murphy Memorial Library is open regular hours to students, faculty, and staff (M-Th 8am-10pm, F 8am-5pm, Sa-Su 2pm-10pm). The university is having classes on campus. Because we don’t have a lot of reciprocal borrowers and community members, they may use curbside pickup or come in the library as long as they follow the same guidelines as the students with regard to wearing a mask and socially distancing. ILL is available as usual. Staff are responsive to email and phone calls during open hours.  (3/15/21)

Eastern University

Warner Library remains closed. Library staff are permitted on campus and we are rotating shifts Monday-Friday. We  are processing ILL of articles via RapidILL, and are shipping via OCLC ILL for books. We have live chat hours Mon-Fri from 9am-9pm and limited chat on the weekends and are responding to emails and phone calls. Summer classes are conducted online (as they have been in prior years). The library plans to open after Governor Wolf moves the county into green status. (Updated June 6, 2020).

Lancaster Bible College

Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary is offering classes in-person and online. The Lancaster library is open with reduced hours (M-Th 7am-9pm, F 7am-6pm; Sa 12-6pm; Su 2-9pm)  to current students, faculty, and staff only. We have maintained our full library staff, are processing ILLs for books and articles, and are offering live chat and reference consultations using Zoom on LibChat (M-F). The libraries in Philadelphia and Washington D.C. are operating with reduced hours--https://lbc.libcal.com/hours. Library stacks are closed, so all patrons must place “Holds” on items for check-out. Returned items are quarantined 3 days before reshelving. (Updated March 16, 2021)

Lancaster Theological Seminary

Lancaster Theological Seminary Library is closed to the general public (including visiting students and faculty) until further notice. Direct all inquiries to Ask the Librarian.

We are responding to ILL requests and offer contact-free checkout for all patrons. Library staff are in the building on a limited schedule. (11/17/2020)

Missio Seminary

Missio’s library is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9a-4p by individual appointment (library@missio.edu). Librarians monitor email M-F 9a-5p. (3/15/21)

Moravian College and Theological Seminary

Card access to the library is available for current students, faculty, and staff with modified hours for the summer. Some library staff are working on site. Librarians continue to monitor email, and chat is available M-F: 8 am - 4:30 pm. (updated 4/30/2021).

New Brunswick Theological Seminary

NBTS has moved to online instruction. Sage Library is closed indefinitely with all staff working remotely. Virtual reference is available most days by appointment. Door-side pick up is available for NBTS students, faculty, and staff.

Princeton Theological Seminary

The Princeton Theological Seminary Library building is closed. Virtual reference service is available to all. Book curbside pickup and scanning services are available to the PTS community. The front section of the building is open 8:30am-5:30pm M-F for PTS community study and self-scanning/copier use. Some staff work in the building on specific days for specific tasks, following a schedule in accordance with all campus health and safety protocols. Reconstructionist Rabbinical College

All RRC classes are virtual for the spring semester, but the Library is open to RRC related people on Mondays and Fridays, 9 a.m.  -- 1 p.m., and Wednesdays, 1 - 5 p.m. Full covid-19 protocols are observed. ILL lending as usual; SEPTLA related patrons are welcome by appointment during open hours (email alapayover@rrc.edu) and “curbside pickup” by appointment is possible (rev. 3/15/2021)

Reformed Episcopal Seminary

Classes are being done in a hybrid fashion - in person follows CDC guidelines and on-line options are available for all classes.  Library is open to our faculty, staff, and students by appointment..  (rev. 15 Mar 2021)

Saint Tikhon's Orthodox Theological Seminary

St. Charles Borromeo Seminary

All of the seminarians have been living and attending classes on campus since Fall 2020. The library building is open 7 days a week for its day and evening students as well as for the faculty and staff. It’s still closed to the public at large, although it does offer curbside pickup for lay patrons. The library staff works its normal shifts on campus. Student workers help fill out the evening and weekend hours. Interlibrary loans continue as usual. (Revised 3/15/21)

United Lutheran Seminary

Closed until further notice. Emailed inquiries will still be accepted from the public at this time.

Summer and August classes will be online.

Fall Semester classes will be determined by early May.

Archives research on the Gettysburg campus will be restricted to current students, faculty, and staff of ULS and Gettysburg College until January 2022.

University of Valley Forge

The SRC is open to students, staff, and faculty M~Th 7:30am to 11pm, F 7:30am to 5pm, Sat 1pm to 9pm, and Sun 6pm to 11pm.  Reference is done via appointment and virtually when possible. The building remains closed to the public. (3/15/21)

Westminster Theological Seminary

The WTS library is open, but with reduced hours.

Our hours of operation are M - Th., 9 - 8PM, Fridays, 9 - 5, and Saturdays, 12 - 4.  We are closed on Sundays. Research assistance for WTS patrons is available via this email address. library@wts.edu

Health guidelines are in place and we have asked students to limit the time spent in the library as well as limiting our study space.  The library  continues  to accept returns via the book drop only.  We are accepting and placing ILL requests for articles and physical items. All courses for the 2020-21 academic year are on-line. (3/15/21)
