Coping at Work :
- Name the recent stressor at work (A).
- How did you handle the strain of your job? (B).
- Evaluate the success of your coping mechanism at work (C).
Instructions:
- Provide a sincere and deliberate response to every question.
- Utilize the 1 (low) - 5 (high) grading system.
- Examine your answers and think about modifying your coping mechanisms in light of psychological ideas.
