Setting up email notifications from the Parent Portal (Web)

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal at https://crpusd.powerschool.com 
  2. Click on Email Notification

  1. Make desired changes on the Email Notifications screen:
  1. School Announcements are the Daily Bulletins created in PowerSchool. At this time, most sites are not using this feature.
  2. Note that Balance is not connected to our food services program (Mosaic). Lunch Balances can be accessed at https://MySchoolBucks.com 
  3. Under Additional Notification Emails you can add more email addresses to receive notifications. These addresses do not have to be in your student’s Contacts.
  4. Note that settings can be applied to all your students under Frequency.
  5. Select Send Now to receive your first email immediately.

  1. Click Submit to save changes
