| Setting up email notifications from the Parent Portal (Web) |

- Log in to the Parent Portal at https://crpusd.powerschool.com
- Click on Email Notification
- Make desired changes on the Email Notifications screen:
- School Announcements are the Daily Bulletins created in PowerSchool. At this time, most sites are not using this feature.
- Note that Balance is not connected to our food services program (Mosaic). Lunch Balances can be accessed at https://MySchoolBucks.com
- Under Additional Notification Emails you can add more email addresses to receive notifications. These addresses do not have to be in your student’s Contacts.
- Note that settings can be applied to all your students under Frequency.
- Select Send Now to receive your first email immediately.
- Click Submit to save changes
