<Klutche Corporation> ('klutche.com' hereinafter referred to as 'klutche') establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect and handle the personal information of information subjects in a prompt and smooth manner in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Processing personal information for the purpose of verifying membership registration, verifying and authenticating individuals for the provision of member-exclusive services, maintaining and managing membership qualifications, preventing misuse of services, providing various notices, notifications, and handling complaints.

Processing personal information for the purpose of confirming the identity of complainants, verifying complaint details, contacting and notifying for fact-finding purposes, and providing feedback on the results of handling.
Provision of goods or services
Processing personal information for the purpose of providing services.
Utilization in marketing and advertising
Processing personal information for the purpose of developing new services (products) and providing customized services, providing event and promotional information and participation opportunities, publishing advertisements based on demographic characteristics, verifying the effectiveness of services, and conducting statistics on the frequency of access and members' service usage.
Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① <Klutche Corporation> processes and retains personal information within the period specified by law or within the period of consent obtained from the information subject at the time of collection.

Article 3 (Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Methods of Exercising Them)
① Information subjects have the right to exercise their rights, such as access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing, regarding their personal information held by Klutche Corporation at any time.
② Requests for exercising the rights under paragraph 1 can be made to Klutche Corporation through written documents, email, facsimile, etc. in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. Klutche Corporation will take appropriate actions without delay.
③ Requests for exercising the rights under paragraph 1 can be made through a legal representative or an authorized agent of the information subject. In this case, a power of attorney in accordance with Form No. 11 of the Guidelines for Personal Information Processing Methods (No. 2020-7) must be submitted.
④ The right to access personal information and request suspension of processing may be limited under Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ The request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made when the personal information is specified as the collection target under other laws.
⑥ Klutche Corporation verifies whether the requester of access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing, including the right to access, is the information subject or a legitimate representative, following the methods specified in the Guidelines for Personal Information Processing Methods.
