 It’s as Easy as One, Two, Three!

#1: Take or obtain a picture of yourself or your family.

#2: Complete THIS FORM.

#3: Upload your photo using the same form.

OPTIONAL: A photo is not required for inclusion in the directory. You may complete the above form now.

PAPER FORMS will be available for those who do not use computers, tablets, or smartphones.

PRIVACY: If privacy is a concern, you may exclude your contact information from the publication.

The directory will be password-protected and available only to those who participate.
 

 ONLINE LIVING DOCUMENT: You will be notified when the directory first becomes available and when it is updated with corrections, updates, and new participants.

PHOTO GUIDELINES - Ask a friend to take the picture with your phone or camera! Take several pictures and select the best one.

• INDIVIDUALS: A vertical photo from your waist up.

• FAMILIES: Horizontal and as close as possible.
   
• FILE FORMAT: The .jpg format is preferred.
   
• MINIMUM RESOLUTION: 5 MP (megapixels)
       
• HAVE FUN indoors or outdoors!

• INCLUDE YOUR PETS if you would like.
  

Photo Guideline Examples:

PRINTED DIRECTORIES will be produced individually for participants who elect to pay a fee.
