Then the Darkness Arrived

I took a look at the clouded sky without a thought in my mind,

be still sad heart,

be kind

for in every darkness there is always a light,

the water starts to pour, just like my eyes

memories from the past take a stop by,

they stay awhile,

I don't know why

It reminds me of a time of happiness that once was mine,

the sun will come again,

It will rise and so will that happiness deep down inside

lost but not forgotten

no one knows why,

I’ve used up my sleeves but the tears won’t seem to dry,

I found peace with the darkness inside.
