Instructions to access and manage your transcript.
Note Regarding External CME Credits: All UM CME credits have been transferred from previous accounts into MiCME powered by CloudCME. However, please note that External CME Credits are still in the process of being transferred. The Office of CME and Lifelong Learning does have these records on file. If you need access to these records prior to August 1, 2024, please submit a ticket. Otherwise, please check back for External CME Credits on your transcript in August.

Step 1: Go to umich.cloud-cme.com
Step 2: Click Sign In, and sign in using your email address and password.
Step 3: Click the My Account button.
Step 4: Click the Transcript tile.
Step 5: Select a date range for the transcript records you wish to access by entering in a Start and End Date or filter transcripts by Credit Type and click the Apply button. You can also email or download your transcript with the icons in the upper right.
Step 6: You can upload a transcript for activities that you completed outside of your organization by clicking the Upload Files button and selecting the file you wish to add to your MiCME transcript. The appended transcript will display at the end of your MiCME transcript.
Q: There is an event missing from my transcript
A: Please allow four weeks after the completion if an activity for it to be added onto your transcript. If the event still isn't appearing, please contact HITS with your name, event title, and event date.
