Locating your student Activation Code

Step 1: Access the link portalaccess.ncsis.gov or scan the QR Code:

Select your District

Step 2: Select Cabarrus County Schools in the drop down menu.

Step 3: Enter details about your student.

Step 4: Locating your student ID number in the ParentSquare app

→ Open your ParentSquare App

→ Select the 3 bars on the top left

→ Select your student's profile

→ Beneath students name, toggle from “Posts” to "Dashboard"

→ Select "Overview"

→ Log in to your ParentSquare website: https://www.parentsquare.com/signin

→ Select “Home” on the top left

→ Select your student's profile

Verify your Information

Step 5: Select the way you would like your validation code (email or text) to be shared with you. Access your validation code.

Copy from your email or text and paste into the verify code box.

Activation Code

Step 6: Once your account has been verified you will copy the Activation Code.

Copy your Activation Code and Click on the Link.

If your correct email or phone number are not available contact your school to update your contact information.

Step 7: Select New User

Paste your Activation Key into the Box.

Username and Password

Step 8: Create your own unique username and password for your account.

If you have multiple students in your household they should all appear within your one unique Activation Key.

An app for your mobile device is available in your phone’s app store.
