It's SNOW Fun 50/50 Raffle tickets are on sale now and will be available through November 8. Correctly guess the first day after Thanksgiving that we don't have school due to inclement weather, and be the first name chosen! Tickets are $1 each and 6 for $5. If you wish to purchase tickets and haven't been contacted by a team member. please email rconwell@sau53. Thanks for your support.

This Saturday, 10/5, will be our NH Tackles Hunger football game. The NHIAA in partnership with WMUR Channel 9 and the NH Food Bank has each school that has a football program pick a home game to collect non-perishable food donations that will go directly to their local food pantry. The donations collected Saturday will go to the Suncook Community Action Program. PA SALT (Student Athlete Leadership Team) wanted to do more than just one football game. They wanted to make it more inclusive. So, we will be collecting at Friday’s games as well. We have boys soccer, girls soccer, and field hockey all playing at 4pm. Key Club will be on hand to help out with the collection. A list of non-perishable food items is below. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Peanut Butter · Jelly · Tuna · Soups

Pasta · Sauce · Canned Fruits/Vegetables

No Glass will be accepted as well.

On Monday, 10/7, girls soccer will host Kingswood in Varsity and JV games starting at 4pm. This game will be a Pink Out. The teams will be wearing pink game socks to show their support and bring awareness to Breast Cancer. The team will be selling baked goods and raffle tickets as well to help raise money for this worthy cause. Please come clad in pink on Monday and support girls soccer and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. A special thanks to Tracey Doll Simmons for spearheading this event.

Girl’s JV Field Hockey  played against Portsmouth and lost 0 - 1 in the final minute.  The "Life of a Spartan" Pure Performance players were Zioe Wall and Janelle Gagnon.  Zoie is improving everyday and is a strong contributor to the midflield. Janelle anchored the defense from her centerback position. Next game is 10/5 at home against John Stark.

Girl’s Varsity Soccer  played against Hanover with score of  1- 5.  The "Life of a Spartan" Pure Performance player was Cierra Hill.  She worked hard the entire match from multiple different positions. Cierra never hung her head even as we trailed for only the second time this season. She gave 110% this game, as she does every game Next game is 10/4 at home against Merrimack Valley.
