IMPORTANT DATES FOR EASTWOOD GUIDANCE

2025-2026

Semester 1 Course Changes:

• Form to request a change opens Sept 5, 2025
• Form to request a change closes Sept 11, 2025
• Students will start to be called to Guidance to make requested changes on or around Sept 10, 2025
• Students will be seen until we have seen everyone who has requested a change - but we will not start until Sept 10, 2025!  We aim to be finished by Sept 17, 2025.
• No more voluntary changes can be made, unless there are very extenuating circumstances after Sept 17, 2025!!

Semester 2 Course Changes:

• You can make changes to your Semester 2 courses ANY TIME during Semester 1 - just book an appointment with your Guidance counselor!
• Form to request a change opens in January
• Form to request a change closes in January
• We will begin to see students in January
• No more voluntary changes can be made, unless there are very extenuating circumstances, after Feb 6, 2026

Post Secondary Application Dates:

University

• You can start applying to University programs in September
• The deadline to get your applications in for University is January 15, 2026

College

• You can start applying to College programs in early October
• The deadline to get your applications in for College is February 1, 2026

Course Selection for 26-27

• MLL Classes will select their courses in December, 2025 / January 2026
• All other classes will select their courses in February
• Dates will be announced and posted on the ECI website, the Grade Google Classrooms, SchoolDay and over the morning announcements.
