Seller's Statement – This is to confirm that Stroud Saddlery will be selling your items under ‘The Factors Act 1889’.  We will act as a Mercantile Agent & sell your goods with your consent & authority but the title of the property stays with the owner.  Goods are left with us to sell at the owner's own risk.  By signing below you give us consent to act as a Mercantile Agent & agree you will receive 60% of sale value.
