Refund and Cancellation

The tryout fee online or at the door is non-refundable.
OFVC provides no reimbursement for the initial deposit if cancellation is requested for the athlete before the start of installment payments. No reimbursement is provided for paid and past installments if cancellation is requested during the season. Future installments are cancelled.
If the participant becomes sick or is injured during the program and is not able to participate in the remainder of the season, OFVC will reimburse 75% of the last installment when a doctor's certificate is provided.
We will refund the full amount minus an administration fee of 35% if cancellation is requested for the athlete more than two weeks prior to the start of the program. No refund is provided if cancellation is less than two weeks before the start of the program.
If the participant becomes sick or is injured during the program, OFVC will reimburse 65% of the remaining days when a doctor's certificate is provided.
In the rare case that the program has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered athletes will be given the option of 100% refund or, (if possible) the option to join another program.
Since we rely on renting our facilities, occasionally a facility will become unexpectedly unavailable. Fusion will make all efforts to reschedule or relocate in the case of a session cancellation. If no alternative is possible, Fusion will refund the session amount to all affected participants. Session amount is calculated as: (Amount paid minus 25% administration fee) divided by total amount of sessions.
We are very confident and proud of our programs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience due to the coaching or program quality, we will provide a full or partial refund, or exchange for registration to a different Fusion program.
