Fusion COMPETE

The tryout fee paid online or at the door is non-refundable.
OVA signing form fee deposits are non-refundable.

Fusion COMPETE season fees are presented to the athlete in their offer package. These fees are mandatory and must be paid in full in advance or following the payment schedule outlined in the offer letter.

No reimbursement is provided if cancellation is requested during the season.

If the participant becomes sick or is injured during the program and is not able to participate in the remainder of the season, OFVC will reimburse 75% of the proportional season costs when a doctor's certificate is provided.

Fusion DEVELOP, Fusion CAMPS

We strive to ensure the satisfaction of all participants in our development programs. Below are the details of our refund and credit policy:

30 Days or More Before Start Date:

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued.

29 to 15 Days Before Start Date:

Partial Refund: A partial refund of 75% will be issued.

14 to 1 Days Before Start Date:

Partial Credit: A partial credit of 50% will be issued.

On or After Start Date:

No Refund/Credits: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Medical Refund:

In the case of a medical condition or injury that prevents participation, a prorated refund or credit of $30 per class will be issued upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.

Program Cancellation by Ottawa Fusion Volleyball Club:

If the full program is cancelled by the Ottawa Fusion Volleyball Club, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., gym cancellations) and is not able to be rescheduled, participants will be offered a credit of $30 per cancelled class towards future programs.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the program after it begins, you may request a prorated refund within the first week of the program.

Refund Eligibility for Competitive Program Offer:

If you have registered for a DEVELOP program and subsequently accept an offer to play in a competitive Ottawa Fusion team, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your DEVELOP program fees.

Request Process:

All requests must be submitted in writing to the Development Program Manager at develop@ottawafusion.ca.
Refunds and credits will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

Transferability:

Program fees may be transferable to other programs or individuals at the discretion of the Ottawa Fusion Volleyball Club.

By registering for a development program, participants agree to abide by this refund and credit policy.
