About the app
Every year, about 860,000 U.S. green card holders apply for Citizenship by Naturalization. To achieve citizenship, applicants are required to take a citizenship test. More than 10% of people fail the Civics test step.
As immigrants, studying for the Civics Test has been a challenge where there wasn’t any modern tool. We plan to build an app to help people study and practice for the Civics Test using official USCIS questions.
Experience
The app displays the official 100 questions provided by USCIS in random order and motivates people to study with reminders.
