Spring is here and it’s time to honor the Earth! This year, the Narberth Civic Association is hosting a week-long celebration & invites you to join us from April 18th - 24th for any or all of the following NarbEarth Week offerings:

“Take 10”: NarbEarth Week Neighborhood Clean-up

Co-hosted by Narberth Civic Association & N.I.C.E.

The first step towards protecting our planet is keeping trash off our streets, out of our streams & beyond. We invite you to “take 10” during NarbEarth Week & join your fellow community members in a self-paced, socially-distanced borough-wide “spring cleaning”.  Whether it’s an overrun trash can in one of our public spaces or picking up a bit of litter left behind on trash day, commit to taking 10 minutes to beautify a bit of Narberth! Post & share a picture of your clean-up success on social media with #NarbEarthWeek and be proud of your mini accomplishment!

Sunday, April 18th, 4:30 - 5:00 pm

Socially-Distanced Perennial Plant Swap

Hosted by Narberth Civic Association

Calling all gardeners! It's time to clear out and revitalize your garden!

NarbEarth Week concludes Saturday, April 24th with our wonderful PLANT SWAP from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, in Narberth park next to the library. Dig up, pot and bring perennials (& house plants) to swap, or make a donation for the plants you take home. You can also bring extra annuals you’ve started indoors. Label your plants, or we'll provide labels. No need to use real flower pots - - plastic containers work fine, or cut off the bottoms of plastic bottles and jugs to create containers of different sizes. All plastics will later be rinsed out and reused or recycled. We’ll be socially distanced, and mask wearing as required by ordinance in the park. Questions? Contact Georgette DuBois at 484-995-3619 or
