1.  Call to order and recording of members present or absent.

2.  Oath of office for Ronald McIninch, incumbent board member.

3.  Vote to re-organize Tushka School Board positions.

4.  Vote to approve the Minutes of the January 29, 2024 Regular Board Meeting.

5.  Vote to approve the Activity Fund balances for February 2024.

6.  Vote to approve the General Fund purchase order numbers 296 thru 323, Building Fund                 purchase order number 9 thru 12, Child Nutrition purchase order number 40 thru 43, and Sinking Fund purchase order number 2.

7.  Superintendent=s Report

          A. Treasurers=s Report          

8.  Public hearing on Community Facilities Grant Agreement with USDA for upgrade of (2) 25 ton Rheem Package Units for the Tushka Gymnasium.  

9.  Sign Superintendent contract previously approved on Jan. 29, 2024.

10.  Vote to approve or disapprove Gala Braudrick, Kiamichi Tech Health Careers Education                 Instructor, as an Adjunct Anatomy/Physiology Instructor and award science credit for                    Anatomy and Physiology courses taught during the 2024-2025 school year.  

11.   Proposed executive session pursuant to Title 25 O.S. 307 (B)  to discuss the                                     re-employment of Elementary Principal, and the employment of HS Principal, and School Activities Director.

12.  Vote to convene in executive session.

13.  Return to open session.

14.  Vote to approve or disapprove the re-employment of Paul Weaver as Elementary Principal  for the 2024-2025 school year  and set salary.

15.  Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Dax Simon as High School Principal for                                                                                                    the 2024-2025 school year and set salary.

16.  Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Jeff Graham as School Activities Director for the 2024-2025 school year and set salary.
