PE: Running for Distance | Running for distance In this focus area, students will learn how to train for distance running (e.g. one mile run, 5K race) for sport, fitness and recreation. Each class will include interval training with students tracking their progress throughout (i.e. running times). Classes will begin each day with a focus on a specific character trait and activities to support this character development. Students will be running outside on the track every day. |
