Maggie said the PIE Portal was very useful for BCPSS staff who are interested in volunteering at the school. In the future, PTO can send out notices to reiterate guest reader opportunities. Amanda indicated that homeroom lists she received were not accurate because kids moved. It might be good to wait until after the first week of school to finalize lists for homeroom parents and/or have a mechanism to update those lists through the year when new students join mid-school year.

There was conversation about asks from homeroom parents and more asks from the main PTO. Some asked if the basket bingo raised more money than what each basket is worth.
