Items to Pack

• Clothes for Friday and Saturday, Including your Concert Band Uniform for your performance.
• Toiletries
• Instrument, accessories and WIRE MUSIC STAND (we have some available if you do not own one)
• Roughly $40 - $50 SPENDING MONEY for lunches and dinners.

Additional Items to Remember

• ALL SCHOOL RULES WILL APPLY ON THIS TRIP INCLUDING PROPER STUDENT PHONE USE, AND DRESS CODE.  ANY STUDENT FOUND IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF OUR SCHOOL'S RULES AND POLICIES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT AND ASKED TO BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY.

• Please fill out the attached health form, we will need to collect any and all medications and will need them put in a sealed ziplock bag with instructions on how and when to administer them to your child.

• We do have Male and Female chaperones on the trip to deal with any issues related to our male and female students.

I GIVE MY CHILD PERMISSION TO ATTEND THE DISTRICT 7 HONOR BAND WEEKEND AND ALL OF THE EVENTS INVOLVED,  INCLUDING RIDING THE BUS AND STAYING IN A HOTEL OVERNIGHT.  I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I AM THERE SATURDAY FEBRUARY 17TH TO PICK THEM UP AND ATTEND THEIR PERFORMANCE.
