At what time do I need to arrive?

There are 2 sessions. The first session starts at 7pm, the second session starts at 9pm. It is advisable to arrive about 40 minutes before this time.

What does the ticket include?

Entrance to the event.

Is it necessary to print my ticket?

You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email after arriving at the venue.

Are reimbursements allowed?

Refunds are not permitted. Exchanges for other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Send an email to hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

Can I buy a ticket at the entrance of the event?

There are no tickets available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the application or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

I want to come with friends, can we sit together?

Yes! But we would recommend you arrive as early as possible as our events usually sell out and if you arrive late you may be split.

What are the different ticket types?

We tier our tickets according to seat type. Our premium tickets guarantee a closer seat to the musicians. If you want to sit in the back and soak up the atmosphere, we recommend a lower band of ticket.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Is there food served?

Please check the event on the Fever App or Website for more information on the venue.

How do I know where I belong?

The places will be arranged by zones. The seats will be awarded upon the arrival of the participant with the help of staff present on site.

Are the candles real?

No, they will be led candles so there is no risk of fire.

What is the minimum age?

12 years old accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is this venue adapted for wheelchair use?

The venue itself is accessible for wheelchair users, but the bathroom area is not.

Is it possible to leave while the concert is happening?

No, only in an emergency.

What is the photo or video policy during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performances. You are welcome to take photos or videos before the performance or after the performance has finished.
