All IHSA Chess Teams are welcome!

This tournament satisfies the IHSA requirement for a team tournament and will follow all IHSA Rules.

Format:        HS Team Section (8 board, R1-2 G45/d5, R3-4 G55/d5)

Individual Open Section (5 rounds, G30/d5)

Players on the Team Roster may not play in the Open Section

Time:        Check-in:        7:30am to 8:30am

                                 Team Sect.:         R1-9:00a, R2-11:00a, R3-1:00p, R4-3:30p

        Ind Open:         R1-9:00a, R2-10:30a, R3-12:00a, R4-1:30p, R5-3:00p

Awards:         As soon as possible after final rounds, ~5:30pm

        Awards:        1st Prize: 15 Lb. Turkey!

Top 4 Varsity Teams earn trophies

                    Top 5 players in the Open Section earn trophies

                Players and Teams must be present at the Awards Ceremony to collect awards
